What is PickUpPatrol?
At Innova, we use PickUpPatrol to assist with the Arrival and Dismissal process at Innova. All students will have a “default” transportation plan loaded into the PickUpPatrol system. If your student is not going to be following their default plan (ex: they are going to be picked-up instead of taking the school bus), please log into PickUpPatrol to share the change by 3pm on the day the change will take place.
How do I update my student’s pick-up or drop-off address?

How long does it take for a change request to process?
All changes are process through the RCSD Transportation center. Typically change requests take about two weeks to process. Unfortunately, we anticipate that change requests will take longer to process during the first few weeks of school. Changes made after August 1st will likely not be processed until September 11th or later.
When should I contact the bus company directly?
“First Student” is the transportation company that provides bus transportation for students that live in the City of Rochester. The following list contains common questions that you might have that would be best discussed directly with the bus company:
My student is not being picked-up.
The bus is late and I’m not sure when it will arrive.
There is an issue on the bus with the bus driver or another student.
